It is important for you to note:

*We do not charge for rescheduling appointments as long as we receive a minimum or 24 hours notice.                                      

 

*If an appointment is missed or short notice given, full fee will be due for payment, which will cover running costs of the clinic and wasted time of the clinician.

 

All New Patients

 

*Full non-refundable payment is required on booking your first appointment.  If you cannot attend we allow one appointment reschedule.  If you cannot attend again re-registration and full payment is required.
