The FHP Experience
You will be met with a smile, and given a warm, friendly, professional welcome.
Reception
On entering please advise our Receptionist the reason for your visit. If you have arrived early for an appointment you will be asked to sit and wait or if it is your first visit to us you will be asked to fill out a Practice Registration/Consent to Treatment form. Please bring with you a copy of any medication you are currently taking.
PLEASE NOTE: you will be asked to wear a mask for both your and our protection in clinical areas.
Clinic Rooms
We have four clinic rooms all fully fitted, clean and comfortable. All are on the ground floor. You will be given time to settle and relax before your treatment begins. Your first visit will take longer as there are a few non-invasive tests which will be done on your feet along with completion of your foot care assessment notes.
Shop Area
Our shop area, is clean comfortable and has a seating area should you wish to look though our Shoe catalogues, take advantage of our shoe measuring service or if you have come to accompany a relative or friend.
Sterilisation Area
We are very strict with our Clean Routine and Sterilisation process. We do not hide it away from our patients and they are welcome to ask any questions as to how and why we sterilise the way we do. Wherever possible we use single use consumables to further protect our patients.
